If you love Paradise Valley Creamy Mash Potatoes (instant), take heart. I did a little calling around to track down the whereabouts of this much-loved product. The good news is, the product still exists. The bad news? You might have to place an order online to get that quick comfort-food taste. Or, you might have to remember its alias.

Many who have checked Costco haven't found this brand anymore. You can place a bulk order at http://www.yourfoodstore.com/; the product has the same name here.

Here's another way you can find it: under a different name. That's right, Idahoan and U.S. Foods (the maker of Creamy Mash Potatoes) have merged. According to an Idahoan rep, Creamy Mash is now also packaged under the names Idahoan Honest Earth and Idahoan Yucon Gold potatoes. Mind you, I have not tasted these other-named brands to verify similarity in taste. Some Safeway stores carry these brands, and Idahoan is working to get this variety into more grocery chains.
